Lemon Souffle Rooibos Tea

This is one of my favorites! I just read a brief article in Natural Health magazine about the scent of lemon lifting your spirits. I agree; I love to have this tea at night before bed -- no caffeine, naturally -- because it is so relaxing. The stress of the day just melts away.
